The Haringey Junior Ice Hockey Club plays out of its home rink at Alexandra Palace. It has been in operation for 20 years with teams across 4 age groups: U12 Bulldogs, U14 Hounds, U16 Whippets and U18 Wolves. We also have a fledging U10 squad, Terriers. The club is always on the look out for new members and holds beginner sessions on Fridays 545pm. Ice hockey is a fast and exciting sport. WANTED JUNIOR ICE HOCKEY PLAYERS - HJIHC is always on the lookout for new players. Do you like to skate and want to take it to a new level? Come out for Ice Hockey! Need for Speed? Ice hockey is one of the fastest sports around. Play Roller? Try ice hockey, it is a great new way to broaden your skills.
WANTED GOALIES: Goalies needed for U10, U12 and U18 age groups. Specialist goalie training offered at Monday practices.
U10 - plans a foot to join with Lee Valley U10 squad to give our youngest players ice time in cross ice and 'Learn to play' rule situations. Great way to ease into game play without any pressure.
REGISTRATION: Players who have not sent their registration paperwork in, please do so. WE may have games first weekend of September. No registration, no ice time!
Team MANAGERS WANTED: As you know, the club is run by volunteers. We need at least one manager per team to fill out the few bits and bobs of paper necessary for games, make sure kids turn up for games and assign game day jobs t parents for home games. If you pair up with another parent, you don't always have to be at the rink. Please participate! If you don't know your team manager, then there probably isn't one. PLEASE SIGN UP
